PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training is not just about exercise, it is also about about what you eat. You will not get results unless you are committed to both exercise and nutrition. To help you get started on a program to balance your lifestyle, there are several options for you to consider:

One-On-One Session

Whether it is for general fitness, weight loss or toning up, one-on-one sessions are the quickest, safest and most effective way to achieving your goals as your sessions are individually tailored to help you stay focused and motivated.

Buddy Session (2 people)

If you have someone you wish to train with, then Buddy Sessions are for you. Train with your friend, husband, wife, partner, next door neighbour or work colleague for a little extra motivation.

Small Group Session (3 to 5 people)

Training in a small group is an affordable, fun and motivating way to get fit. The groups are kept to a maximum of 6 people so that all fitness levels and goals can be accommodated.

GIFT VOUCHERS

A gift voucher makes an ideal present for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, Christmas and for other occasions to say you care for a friend, family member or business associate.

This is a great idea to help someone become motivated to start a fitness regime and get into a healthy lifestyle. Sometimes the hardest part of a fitness program is actually getting started. A gift voucher is a fantastic way to get someone you care about underway. It’s a non-intimidating and non-threatening way for them to experience the positive benefits that regular training can bring.

AREAS COVERED

Personal training sessions are usually at an outdoor location closest to your home or work, whatever works best for you.

By training outdoors, it gives you the opportunity to achieve your goals in an open environment and be able to enjoy the fresh air. Most of you will spend a considerable amount of time in an air-conditioned office, so this is an alternative to the closed-in, crowded, sweaty and smelly gyms. The outdoor environment will enhance the ability of your body and mind to work to their potential.

Based in the seaside village of Kettering, I run personal and small group fitness training sessions in Southern Tasmania (The Channel, Kingston, Sandy Bay, Battery Point and South Hobart – see map below):
