I provide a mobile personal training service, covering predominantly the North Shore of Sydney. Most personal training sessions are conducted outdoors, which will make you feel invigorated, refreshed and alive. They also provide most people with a change of environment in their day, from an air-conditioned office to the fresh air of the local parks and ovals.
